Vadnais Heights Schools reach $325,000 Settlement After Teacher Sexually Assaults Student

The Star Tribune is reporting that the Vadnais Heights school district has reached a $325,000 settlement after a teacher sexually harassed and assaulted a student. Further investigation revealed that the principal and multiple teachers were aware of this misconduct and did nothing to help the student. According to the article, a condition of the settlement requires that the school train its staff in creating a safe environment for the students.
