About Maddie
Maddie Collett is a Honors Paralegal at Storms Dworak. She supports the attorneys at all stages of the legal process, from the initial client intake through trial and appeal. As such, Maddie plays a crucial role in supporting the firm’s mission of providing exceptional legal representation to its clients.
Growing up in rural Minnesota, Maddie learned the importance of hard work and attention to detail. She also learned the importance of helping others, especially those going through difficult situations. Those lessons steered Maddie into the legal field because of the law’s ability to create positive change in people’s lives.
Prior to Storms Dworak, Maddie worked in the legislative process, helping various federal and state agencies draft and create laws. Now, Maddie leans on these work and life experiences to help the firm get justice and accountability for its clients.
Maddie graduated summa cum laude from Macalester College, where she majored in Political Science and specialized in Legal Studies, Human Rights and Humanitarianism, and International Studies. At Macalester, she was named to the Dean’s List all eight semesters and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa national academic honor society her senior year. Maddie plans to attend law school after she completes the Honors Paralegal program at Storms Dworak.
