Super Lawyers magazine recently named Eric Newmark and Jeff Storms to a list of Minnesota “Super Lawyers,” and Paul Dworak was named a “Rising Star.” These are important and impressive honors. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
Only up to 5% of the lawyers in a state are named to Super Lawyers, and only up to 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 were named Rising Stars. Eric has been named a Super Lawyer for over 20 consecutive years, and Jeff has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2015. Dworak was named a Rising Star for the fourth consecutive year. Storms also served as a member of Super Lawyer’s “Blue Ribbon Panel” this year, meaning he was one of the highest point earners in his area of expertise, civil rights, and was asked to evaluate other Super Lawyer candidates in the area of civil rights.
