A woman is in critical condition after being struck by a car involved in a hit-and-run late Tuesday night on St. Paul’s East Side, KARE 11 is reporting.
Officers responded to the 1300 block of Phalen Boulevard on a report of a pedestrian being hit by a fleeing vehicle. Police identified the suspect vehicle as a Nissan Sentra, but have been unable to locate the driver.
