Four people were killed and another seriously injured in a head-on collision along the shore of Mille Lacs Lake on Feb. 25, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Samantha Jean Ajax, 21, was driving north on Highway 169 near the Mille Lacs Casino when she crossed over the center line, colliding with a car driven by Michelle Marie Rock, 53, of Minneapolis.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Christopher Boswell, 41, and James Ortley, 51, two passengers with Rock, were also pronounced dead. Another passenger was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with life threatening injuries.
