Storms Dworak LLC and Kalil Law Firm are investigating reports of abuse and neglect of special education students at Wilkinson Elementary School in Williston, North Dakota. According to findings by the North Dakota Child and Family Services department, at least a dozen children were subjected to mistreatment in the special education program between 2022 and December 2023.
Authorities have already taken legal action, with child abuse charges filed against a former teacher and additional investigations uncovering violations of state and federal laws by school officials. Yet, many families still have unanswered questions—and we are here to help.
