A Little Canada man has been charged with killing a pedestrian while allegedly driving drunk, and then stopping at a McDonald’s drive-thru afterwards, according to Bring Me the News.
Alex Kisch, 36, is charged with criminal vehicular homicide-leaving the scene following a fatal collision on Sept. 20 that was reported to police at 2:25 a.m. near the intersection of Viking Drive and Lillehei Plaza in Little Canada, where a man was found lying on the side of the road.
Footage from Kisch’s apartment building shows him walking to his fully intact vehicle at 2:01 a.m., and returning 10 minutes later with damage to the passenger side mirror, Bring Me the News reported, citing the criminal complaint.
The criminal complaint further alleges that Kisch’s vehicle was also captured on camera at a McDonalds after the vehicle had been damaged, with Kisch allegedly entering the drive-thru and making an order before leaving the parking lot.
