Attorney General sues drywall company alleging sexual harassment, assault in workplace

The Minnesota Attorney General and the Department of Human Rights has joined a lawsuit against a Lakeville drywall company alleging that the company allowed sexual harassment and assault in the workplace, according to KSTP.

A lawsuit filed in February by a former employee of Absolute Drywall accused the company of dismissing her after she complained about the alleged misconduct.

An investigation by the Minnesota Department of Human Rights determined there was probable cause to find the company discriminated against the former employee by subjecting her to sexual harassment.

In court filings, Absolute Drywall has denied any wrongdoing.
