Drunk Driver Kills Ex-Husband in Fatal Head-on Collision

The Star Tribune is reporting that a woman who spent the day bar hopping, caused a head on collision killing her ex-husband. The 52-year-old of North St. Paul was driving southbound on Concord St. when she swerved into the northbound lane. A preliminary breath test read .201%, more than twice the legal limit. According to the article, she already has two prior convictions for drunk driving.
