A 33-year-old Minneapolis man is facing charges after he was allegedly driving drunk without a license when he slammed into a traffic signal, causing his car to burst into flames and killing his passenger, the Star Tribune is reporting.
The passenger, identified as 26-year-old Carlos Chavez Holliday, died at the scene.
The Star Tribune reports that the driver’s driving privileges were never restored after his license was revoked in 2007.
