About Allison
Allison Andersen is a compassionate yet tenacious advocate. She represents individuals in employment, discrimination, and personal injury cases. She approaches every case with empathy, precision, and an unrelenting commitment to justice. Allison works closely with clients to navigate complex legal challenges and helps develop litigation strategies that deliver meaningful results.
Allison first joined Storms Dworak as a law clerk, where she gained hands-on experience drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and supporting trial preparation in high-stakes matters. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to client-centered advocacy led to her transition to associate attorney.
While earning her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, Allison was recognized as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and excelled in advocacy. She competed on the school’s Civil Rights Moot Court Team, earning Second Best Oral Advocate, and later represented St. Thomas at the ABA National Moot Court Competition. Through her work in the Community Justice Project Clinic, she advanced policy-driven legal solutions addressing disparities in the juvenile, housing, and criminal justice systems.
Before joining the firm, Allison served as a Certified Law Student Practitioner at a nonprofit organization, where she represented clients in disability rights, discrimination, employment disputes, education law, abuse, and neglect.
A proud University of Wisconsin–Madison graduate, Allison earned dual degrees in Political Science and Legal Studies, with a certificate in Criminal Justice. She is passionate about using the law to create accountability, empower individuals, and make complex systems more just.
