A Wisconsin teen has been charged with homicide after prosecutors say she was driving drunk when she hit a pedestrian walking on a township road and then drove away, according to KSTP.
KSTP reports that the victim, 54-year-old Anne Seidl, was out for an early morning run and was wearing a high-visibility vest on her right arm when she was struck.
The teen allegedly told investigators that she had drunk a lot before the crash. When investigators informed the teen that a pedestrian had been killed in the crash, KSTP reported that the teen responded, “Who walks on the road at three in the morning? Like… bro…”
