A 22-year-old man with a gross misdemeanor indecent exposure conviction was allowed to enroll at White Bear Lake High School, multiple media outlets are reporting.
The man provided a false identity, forged records and attested to be a homeless youth, the White Bear Lake superintendent said in a letter sent to parents.
KSTP reports that the has faced legal trouble in the past, and on Thursday, he appeared before a Washington County judge for a probation violation related to a 2023 indecent exposure case.
White Bear Lake Police said in a statement that, “while no charges have been filed at this time, our investigators are pursuing possible criminal violations related to fraud, forgery, and unlawful conduct involving interactions with minors.”
