A pedestrian died Tuesday night after being struck by a driver in St. Paul, KSTP is reporting.
Police found the man lying on the street with severe head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was found a short time later, arrested and is being held on suspicion of criminal vehicular homicide, police said.
