About Esther

Esther Alfani is a Client Intake Specialist and Office Manager at Storms Dworak. She is dedicated to helping others in their intake process and supports the office by managing the firm’s daily operations. Esther plays a key role in supporting the firm’s mission of providing exceptional legal representation to its clients.

Prior to Storms Dworak, Esther worked in the banking industry, was a part-time middle school tutor, and has been active in customer service for more than five years. She is known for her strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.

Esther currently serves in the Minnesota National Guard and is earning her degree in accounting at the University of Minnesota-Crookston, developing a strong sense of discipline and efficiency. Combined with her customer service background, Esther fosters a supportive, welcoming experience in every interaction with clients to help them pursue justice and accountability.
