School aide charged with making AI-generated sexually explicit images of children

A former employee of two Minnesota school districts has been charged with allegedly using artificial intelligence to create sexually explicit images of children in his care, according to reporting by KARE 11.

The 30-year-old aide worked in various roles ranging from lunch monitor and traffic guard at Independent School District #622 (North St. Paul—Maplewood—Oakdale) and ISD #834 (Stillwater) from 2021 to 2025, according to KARE 11.

The aide allegedly used his access to children to take non-explicit photos of children in his care, then then used those images to produce morphed/AI photos of those minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The attorneys at Storms Dworak have recovered millions of dollars in compensation for victims of child sex abuse. If you believe your child or a loved one has been the victim of sexual abuse, call Storms Dworak at 1.855.BWOLVES for a free consultation.
