Winona teacher charged with sexually assaulting students

The Star Tribune is reporting that a Winona teacher and track coach has been charged with several counts of criminal sexual conduct after three former students accused him of sexual assault. The criminal charges allege that sexual abuse occurred from 2016 to 2022. In each case, the victims accused the coach of befriending them before he coerced or forced them into sexual acts.
