Body Cameras Still Not Worn By Most Minnesota Federal Agents

The Star Tribune is reporting that years after President Biden issued an executive order for Federal Agents to wear body cameras, a majority of agents in Minnesota still don’t wear them. According to the article, out of the four major federal law enforcement agencies, only the U.S. Marshal Service wears them. The DEA, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and the FBI still have not been issued cameras. Storms Dworak partner Jeff Storms was interviewed, and explained that body worn cameras are critical for transparency and accountability.
