The Star Tribune is reporting that a 27-year-old man from Edina is returning to court after serving a 3-year prison sentence in Wisconsin for 21 felony counts of criminal sexual conduct against 11 different women. This happened all while the man was attending UW-Madison. Some of his victims were classmates, while others were strangers. According to the article, the man is believed to be a sexually dangerous person with a high likelihood of committing the same crime if he stays free.
