KSTP is reporting that a 31-year-old man has been charged with four counts of criminal vehicular homicide for the deaths of an elderly New Brighton couple. Criminal charges say video showed the man weaving in and out of traffic on Interstate 694 in Arden Hills before crossing a fog line and slamming into the couple’s car.
